In her first career she appeared in commercials on TV for Old Navy, Verizon and Logitech. Her acting on television debut with Complete Savages' 2005 episode. In 2007, Stevens West began portraying Ashleigh Howard in the ABC Family comedy-drama television series Greek. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette published a review just after the premiere of the series. The paper called it "light-hearted funny and authentic" and The New York Times said that Greek "captures all the spirit of the age of hedge funds like no other." "The series was canceled after four seasons. It ended on March 7, 2011. (14). She appeared in the movies The Fast and the Furious, Tokyo Drift (2006) and Fired Up! (2009), The Amazing Spider-Man (2012), The Kitchen (2012) and Jessabelle (2014).
