Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman who is full of energy and wisdom. Marilu is an actress and author as well as a producer of talk shows and entrepreneurs. She also performs as an artist and a singer. No wonder Perpetual Motion can be her moniker. Marilu's life has been an example of her healthy method of living. Her belief is that good health is essential to be successful. However, this wasn't always the case before. When she was in her teens she observed as her weight grew. She ate out of emotional rage and would always feel sick. Parents who were both in their late 50s and being afflicted by heart attacks or arthritis-related ailments, passed away. She realized she needed to be accountable for her own well-being. Dieting was not the goal however, the goal was to improve the health of our bodies and develop ways to improve the way our bodies were designed to perform.
